Fashion: The Man In The Mirror
by Meggles on June 27, 2009
From The Jackson 5's suede vests and patterned shirts to the "Thriller" era's leather jackets and sequins - Michael Jackson was not only idolized for his music but for his style as well. When Jacko hit the stage you could hear fans scream from here to Timbuktu. Whether he was in his signature fedora, sequin glove, white v-neck shirt & black pants or an overly decadent military jacket made from various colored leather, multi-toned sequins and lavish embroidery, his style from a young boy up until his final days had us all wanting more. Inspiration drawn from some of Jackson's most infamous outfits and signature looks have been seen on the runway in past years. Here are some of those generation defining looks that will continue to keep the King of Bling and the King of Pop alive in our hearts, our music and our wardrobes.
