Swedish four-piece Little Dragon could just as easily be described as elctro-soul or tribal-jazz or atmospheric-pop. Yes, electro-atmospheric jazz-soul. And the soul definitely comes from the simultaneously wistful and gritty voice of frontwoman Yokimi Nagano. She is everything you've ever heard and nothing you've ever heard at the same time. Add a jazz rhythm section, an experimental spacey synth, and the occasional bicycle bell, and you get the charming, moody, and magic Little Dragon. Check out "Blinding Pigs," "Fortune," and the bizarrely engrossing video for "Twice."
