Blackout: Samuel Remix!

Today I released my remix of The Knocks smashingly smashtastic singalong first single, Blackout. I remember when they were first creating Blackout at the studio and I jokingly said, "I WANNA REMIX DAT." and 'remix dat' I did. I switched up the beat a bit and messed around with some lo-fi instruments and TONS of reverb and delay. I wanted to showoff how the song is still %150 badass and also make it something that is altogether me. I think I accomplished it by selfishly adding a verse, but I'm stoked on this remix and The Knocks in general, so far be it from me for the blog Say It Like Slam, to help release it with me (and comparing it to some Washed Out <3 <3 <3).
